Ed Tankersley - Director of Interactive
The Serious Side
Ed joined Park&Co in 1998 as creative director, guiding the creative content developed by Park&Co's team of designers, art directors, writers, and production artists. In 2004, he created and took on the leadership of Park&Co's web and interactive design team, rapidly expanding the agency's knowledge, expertise and experience in new media.
His diverse portfolio includes print, broadcast, collateral, and interactive media for clients in diverse industries, including financial, retail, technology, and consumer electronics. He has lead the design and development of more than 50 websites.
Ed is a member of the Phoenix Advertising Club and the author of the popular Web Bits column on web design and interactive marketing for Southwest Graphics magazine.
Ed has made professional and personal contributions to non-profit and philanthropic organizations including Audubon Arizona, Fresh Start Women's Foundation, Social Venture Partners, Home of Miracles, Valley of the Sun Habitat for Humanity, Dorrance Family Enterprises, and Desert Botanical Garden. His experience writing, designing, and marketing for business and culture are complemented by a degree in fine arts from Arizona State University. Ed has received numerous creative honors, including Addy, Telly, and Swarthout awards.
He is also an active outdoorsman, Wilderness EMT, and National Ski Patroller, and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, orienteering, geocaching, and camping.
